They have a sew view, balcony, king bed, Max 2 guests including children. Garden studio :  We have one garden studio located on the landside of the property adjacent to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. This room has 1 queen size bed and a mini kitchen with 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Maximum 2 guests allowed in room including chilren. Room with 2 doubles :  All are new rooms located on the 2nd or third floor atop the villas. These rooms have a view of the gardens, most have 2 full size beds, and balcony. Maximum 3 adults and 4 including children. Villa with king :  There are 2 of these villas, the closest to the sea and they are favourites amongst our guests. The master bedroom carries a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. In the living area there is also a queen Murphy pull down bed encased in an elegant oak cabinet. Max 4 guests allowed in room including children. Beachfront Villa :  There are 2 of these villas, similar to the one bedroom beachfront villas. The difference is that they are located in the gardens, and have a queen bed in the master bedroom. Max 4 guests allowed in room including children. Located on Negril's famous 7 mile beach. We opened our doors to visitors in December 1985. We started out with only 3 unique octagonal shaped deluxe villas on the beachside of the property.
